Lands & More is a fully licensed land surveying firm based in Tripoli, Lebanon. The name and logo were inspired by topographic maps. Orange-yellow is the main colour used in surveying equipment, so it was used in the development of an identity.
The business cards were triplexed, whereby three sheets of paper are glued together. The effect achieved is commonly referred to as ‘edge-painting’ or ‘edge-tipping’ because a sheet of paper of a different colour is inserted between the two outer sheets, producing a coloured edge, which in this case was orange-yellow. Antinoe Brut white 270gr and Sirio Gialloro 210gr paper was used to create a 750gr-thick business card. The logo was then embossed.
